This includes software faults or product incompatibility. Diamart Consulting cannot be held liable for indirect damage (such as loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the Diamart Consulting site.

Personal data in France is protected by law n ° 78-87 dated January 6th 1978, law n ° 2004-801 dated August 6th 2004, and by article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive dated October 24th 1995. Any dispute in connection with the use of the site is subject to French law and exclusive jurisdiction for competent courts based in Paris.
